Corcierge Remote is a service we offer our clients to continue to support their needs, taking advantage of the full potential offered by Artshell software
An ongoing support service, Concierge Remote is operated by our dedicated Collection Assistant, who keeps the collection's digital archive up to date through Artshell to facilitate collection management.
Corcierge Remote is designed for active collections of all sizes and natures, and can be structured as archival support to the collection staff, its collection manager, or directly to the collector.
CUSTOMIZATION
Artshell and its technology development department are available to customers who have specific needs beyond the standard functionality offered by the software
We develop dedicated applications within or connected to the Artshell digital archive, ensuring seamless and customized integration with the existing system, useful for large collections and cultural institutions.
Some examples of dedicated features are the creation of forms for advanced artwork management, automated tracking and notifications, analytical tools for monitoring or detailed reporting.
